How do I archive an agreement?

Instead of deleting an agreement, we would recommend that you archive it first. Archiving allows you to hide the agreement from your view and disables access for anyone else. You can always unarchive an agreement if you need to restore it.   

To archive an agreement, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Agreements" from the main menu
2. Open the agreement that you would like to archive.
3. In the upper right corner, click on "Archive" to archive the agreement.
   • To unarchive an agreement and restore it for everyone, follow steps 1 and 2. Click on "Unarchive" to restore your agreement.
