After you have chosen the final terms for your agreement, you and your collaborators will be presented with the final draft. Here, you can sign the agreement or invite an attorney to review and change the text (redline) further if you need to.
A redline is a proposed change that is made to the actual text of the agreement. The proposed changes will be highlighted in red like this.
- 100% of collaborators/attorneys must agree to a redline before it becomes a permanent part of the agreement.
- For each clause, the most recent redline to be accepted by 100% of your team will replace the original agreement text.
- Redlines that are not accepted by 100% of collaborators/attorneys will not appear in the final version of the agreement or the downloadable PDFs.
- Do not finalize your agreement by using the button until everyone is ready to sign and there are no further changes.
