For each registration application you complete, you will be asked to submit 2 copies of the work you are registering. These should be the best samples of the work that you have.
Once you've reached the submission section:
- Select "Choose File" and select the first of your two files.
- Copy and paste your confirmation number in the "Description" field.
- Enter the email address where you would like to be contacted regarding your application.
- Click on "Upload."
- Wait for the notification in the lower right corner of your screen that your upload was successful before trying to upload another file.
- Repeat steps 1-5 to submit your second sample.
- Check the box certifying that the information you have provided is accurate.
- Click on "next" to complete your application.
