How do I make changes to my copyright registration after I have already submitted it?

As you complete your copyright registration application, you should review your answers carefully before continuing on to the next section. 

If you need to make a change to your application after you have submitted it, please submit a help request to us.

In your request, please include:

• Your Cosynd username
• Your application confirmation number
• The specific information that needs to be changed

Once your application is submitted to the U.S. Copyright Office, changes may not be accepted. However, we will do our best to help you!
