A status update lets your collaborators know what stage of this process you are in after you have all agreed to the basic terms of the agreement. You can only choose a status update after the collaborator that created this agreement has finalized it.
There are 3 status updates that you can use at any time:
- Reviewing - Select this option if you are still reviewing the agreement.
- Ready to sign - We recommend that you select "Ready to sign" as your status to let your team know that you are ready to sign if there are no further changes.
- Accepted - Choosing "Accepted" will trigger a popup box that will allow you to sign this agreement. You should only select "Accepted" if there are no further changes to the agreement that need to be made. You cannot unsign an agreement once you have signed it.
Note: If the agreement has been redlined by an attorney, only redlines that have been accepted by 100% of your team will be included in the final downloadable agreement.
4. Scroll down to the very bottom of this page and click on "next" to save your changes.
