Collaborators are people that have contributed to the creation of the work you created together, such as a producer, engineer, musician, performer etc., and share in the ownership of the work. The collaborators that you add here will receive notifications from Cosynd and will be asked to sign your agreement.
To add a collaborator, click on the "+ Add a new collaborator" button that is displayed when you are viewing an existing team or creating a new one.
In the popup box that appears, enter the collaborator's legal name and email address. You can also add a picture for this collaborator and assign default roles or ownership types to them.
If you are inviting this collaborator for the first time to Cosynd and they will be signing on behalf of their company, check the box marked "This collaborator will sign on behalf of a company." If your collaborator already has a Cosynd account, they will need to check the box marked "I will sign on behalf of a company" and enter their company details before you create your team.
Click "Save" to continue.
When you are ready to propose an agreement for your entire team to review, all of the collaborators you have entered here will receive an invitation from Cosynd to view your agreement. They will also be able to change their profile details such as their picture and legal name if needed.
